Fantasy Futons and Furniture Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Start by contacting us and obtaining a Return Authorization Number.  We will then also give you the address to send the returned item to.

Some items are Custom, and Non Returnable, and are clearly marked that way when ordering, and you must click a check box to agree to the terms on those items.

Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  Please send your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.

If any items are damaged upon return, we will not issue a refund for the damaged contents.  You must then file a claim with the shipper, and they will then be responsible for the amount of the insured item's damage.
