Isn't the freight company suppose to contact me 6-8 hours before delivery so I can make arrangements to have someone at home?
I'd hate to get home tonight and find furniture in my driveway, especially if it rains.
Again, thank you for your continued fabulous customer service. I must admit, I've never received such one-on-one assistance from ANY company EVER!

Hadn't had a chance to write until now. But I wanted to thank you for the PERFECT service and ultimate quality futon!

I found you on the web, you are about 4 hours east of where I live in Somerton, which is about 10 miles southwest of Yuma. My sister lives in Mesa, so one weekend I stopped by to see what you had to offer. I couldn't help myself, but buy!

The selection is wonderful, the fabric room is TERRIBLE (too many choices!), and the courteous and knowledgeable service is wonderful.

The frame and wood color I chose were not in the showroom, but from the items I saw on-hand I was confident my futon would be fine. Well, when it arrived, I was extra excited to see how study the frame was and how well everything was packed for shipping. And the best part . . . I PUT IT TOGETHER BY MYSELF . . . that's a miracle in itself. There was one step that I had my daughter help with, but the rest I did myself.

30 minutes after I sent my email UPS showed up with the mattress - lost in front of the truck, I guess. Anyway, this was a pleasant transaction with quick delivery and a beautiful futon.

Just want to write to let you know how very happy I am with my new futon cover and pillows. I am not a frequent on-line shopper and was apprehensive of buying on-line. But I could not find what I wanted in any store in the Boston Area. Everyone I worked with at Futon's was knowledgeable and friendly. It was such a relief to talk to sales people who knew what they were talking about! From getting color samples to cover fit! I called you last Wednesday night, at closing, and talked to John. I placed an order for a futon frame, futon, cover, and pillows. I explained to him, as I had to Allan and Tarra (I know that's not her correct name, but I can't find the sheet of paper on which I wrote her name), in previous conversations, that I was moving to Canada on the 21st, and I needed the futon before then.
Well, to my shock and delight, Federal Express Freight called me yesterday (less than a week) to say that the delivery was here, in town, and wanted to make arrangements to deliver it to me today.
WOW. You guys are all about service. From the extra digital photo you took of the frame I was interested in, to your responsiveness on email, to your expedited delivery when I needed it badly....you have been flawlessly responsive to me.

Thank you so much. I'll be passing your name along as often as I have the opportunity. Just wanted to say "Thanks again" for all your assistance. The mattress arrived on Friday, and the futon is wonderful. Love the Mandalay frame. I forgot to order the gripper, so i just completed another order for a cover and a gripper. We were extremely pleased and like it very much. You are right when you say that you have the best quality at the best prices. It was quite exciting tracking it at UPS.com (got here in record time) Setting up the frame took a little work, but our 12 year old son was really into it, so a great learning experience all the way around.
