| Cover ThicknessCovers come standard with a 6" Depth, and will fit a 6" to 8" thick futon mattress, (7" to 8" thick is Best for a snug fit). If you have a thinner or a thicker mattress than 6" to 8", please call or E-Mail us for our recommendation. The depth of cover you need will depend on the age, length, width, and thickness, along with the Brand, Type, Softness or Firmness of the futon mattress you have and the manufacturer you are ordering the cover from. |

| Shipping Information
Most cover and pillow orders are shipped by UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Orders typically leave the factory in Dallas Texas, within 2 or 3 days, and arrive within the normal shipping time to your location. Most standard orders arrive in 7 to 10 business days. Custom, and larger orders can take longer.

| Rush Orders
Rush orders leave the factory in about 1 Business day, and cost $30 extra for the 1st piece and $15 extra for other pieces. Rush 3 day shipping costs about $30 to $40, 2nd day shipping is about $50 to $80, and Next Day Shipping is about $100 to $150. Shipping charges may be higher depending on order. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii normally cost about $30 extra.

| Special Terms: Only Full Size Covers, 54" X 75", with standard 6" Depths, and No Custom Options are Returnable for an immediate refund, from this manufacturer. Other sizes, and items are returnable, but refunds will only be given once resold, less any shipping or other costs. We always recommend ordering a fabric sample, and double checking your measurements before ordering. Colors always vary from computer to computer. |

Special Note: We recieve many returns from people that order Queen Size Covers, when they really have a full. Please Measure to save your time and money. Full size covers measure 54" X 75", and Queens measure 60" X 80"
