To begin, send us the size and thickness of the item you want you need along with how it will be used, and by who. The softness or firmness and whether you want natural or synthetic constriction. Then the type of covering, indoor, outdoor, washable, microfiber, printed, leather, or the name of the fabric on our site, and any other information you think might be relevant. Then we'll get you a price quote. Special sizes other then rectangles will need diagrams or templates. Once we give you a price quote your item will be displayed below and you can click to order it. Depending on the complexity of the order, and if you choose to rush the processing, or shipping, your order it can take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks to arrive. We've done this for years, and we're just now starting to put photos of the before, and after if possible on our site. So if you've ordered custom things from us in the past, please send us pictures, so that we can post them on our site.
