The Brick Futon Mattress is an Extra, Extra, Extra Firm Futon Mattress that can only be used as a bed.

This mattress is made with 2 - 2" layers of High Density 2.0 lb foam. with a firmness rating of 44.  It will have a layer of polyester in the middle of the foam, and be wrapped with 2 layers of cotton on the top, and on the bottom of the futon mattress.  After compression it will measure about 7" or 8", and will keep it's size and shape and size very well.

Please Note:  This mattress is normally made with a Blue or Off White Foam, with layers of Polyester in between.  It is not red, like the picture shown.  We made the picture that way because it is a very firm mattress, and it is called The Brick.  Thank you.
