This item is shipped by Common Carrier, and is a Curbside Delivery.  You will be contacted 24 to 48 hours before delivery to schedule an appointment.  All products are carefully packaged to arrive safely to your door. Prior to signing for your order please inspected all sides of the boxes, and have the driver note any damage to the boxes or the product on the Freight Bill.  Do not refuse shipment.  Open the boxes and contact us immediately to report any damaged part or parts.  As long as the damage is noted on the freight bill, we will provide any damaged part or parts to you free of charge, with no shipping charges.
